Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as cardiac catheterization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
- Provide health coaching and support to patients and their families
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Valid RN license in PA
- Proven experience in providing direct patient care in various healthcare settings
- Familiarity with medical documentation systems, such as Athenahealth or similar EMR software
- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding and billing practices
- Experience in administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers is a plus
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and interventions
